Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before acknowledging. By agreeing to purchase from Sinister Signatures, LLC, you accept these Terms. These Terms apply to each purchase of product or service from Sinister Signatures. Sinister Signatures reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, add or remove portions of this Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check this Terms of Use each time before using the Site.

As a customer, you agree that any damage that occurs while in transit to and from our signings is not the fault of Sinister Signatures. If your item is damaged in transit to us, you will be notified when we receive it. We are only claiming responsibility for damage that occurs while in our possession before the signing. In the instance your item is damaged by us in preparation for the signing, which is rare, you will be contacted and provided alternatives including compensation or item replacement. We insure all return shipping packages from our signings. If your item arrives damaged, you must report within 7 days of receiving your item. To place an insurance claim, you must provide pictures of return packaging as well as your damaged item. A refund will be sent within 30 days of claim being approved.

During the signing, there are always risks of damage which include things like pen malfunctions, tears, water spots, or finger prints while the Talent is physically signing. Sinister Signatures and Talent are not liable for any damage that occurs while Talent is signing but we do everything we can to minimize these risks.

All purchases made through our site are nonrefundable. The only circumstances you will receive a refund are if Talent cancels the signing entirely. A refund will be issued for purchased inscriptions and full signature costs, minus return shipping fees if we have your item in our possession.

Certain requests such as pen style, color, or placement may not always be met but we work with the Talent to do our best to guarantee they are. The only refund providable is if Talent entirely refuses or misses a paid inscription. A spelling mistake or alteration to your request are entirely up to the Talent and do not incur a refund.

I personally, knowingly, and voluntarily acknowledge all these risks and hold harmless Sinister Signatures, their partners, and the Talent and their associated entities. By purchasing from Sinister Signatures, I personally, freely and expressly accept any and all risks and release liability to the above mentioned entities.
